Week 2

Build one usable customer-facing asset from the current Plenty library.

Week 3

Connect a governed fulfillment path with clear ownership and boundaries.

Week 4

Measure the result, prepare the next action, and retain what was learned.

Founding format

8–15 member validation cohort.
One 60-minute build-along and one 45-minute office hour each week.
Current templates, short playbooks, enrolled-member recordings, and one bounded request-board submission per member each week.
Clear path into the $19 Audit Kit, $79/$199 Plenty Pages licenses, $400 Foreman implementation, or $49/month Hosting & Care when separately appropriate.
